The 2017 installment of My Morning Jacket‘s One Big Holiday destination event concluded on Tuesday at the Hard Rock Hotel & Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico. After a day featuring various activities and excursions, festivalgoers were treated to performances from Carl Broemel, The Head & The Heart, Deer Tick and of course MMJ.

My Morning Jacket delivered an action-packed 15 song set followed by a lengthy encore on Tuesday night. The band started with a focus on their two most recent albums before running through a bevy of classics including “War Begun,” “I Will Sing You Songs” and “Heartbreakin’ Man.” A version of “Easy” by the Commodores was MMJ’s first cover of the set and later they debuted a take on George Michael’s “Father Figure” featuring Jess Wolfe and Holly Laessig of Lucius. Watch a clip of “Father Figure”:

Tuesday’s main set came to a close with the power-packed combo of “Lay Low” and “Mahgeetah.” Jim James & Co. opened the encore with “Victory Dance” and then welcomed the ladies of Lucius back out for “Touch Me I’m Going To Scream Pt. 2” as well as covers of Pink Floyd’s “Another Brick In The Wall Part 2” and Burt Bacharach’s “What The World Needs Now Is Love.” The guests then vacated the stage to leave My Morning Jacket to bring the festival to an end with a triumphant “One Big Holiday.”
