DelFest organizers have been rolling out footage from last year’s festival on YouTube as the Rewatch 2022 video series. The latest installment features Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway‘s “The River Knows” performance.

Tuttle, who was nominated for 2023 Grammys in the Best New Artist and Best Bluegrass Album categories, led her band through a set at DelFest on May 26, 2022. Golden Highway features mandolinist Dominick Leslie, banjoist Kyle Tuttle, fiddle player Bronwyn Keith-Hynes and bassist Shelby Means. Bluegrass legend Jerry Douglas joined Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway on “The River Knows” and the bulk of their set at DelFest, which is held annually over Memorial Day Weekend at the Allegany County Fairgrounds in Cumberland, Maryland.

“The River Knows” appears on Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway’s 2022 album Crooked Tree. Jerry Douglas co-produced the Grammy-nominated 13-track effort.
