Summer Camp Music Festival released pro-shot video of moe. guitarist Al Schnier joining Pigeons Playing Ping Pong. The team-up on “Feelin’ Fine” came during PPPP’s set on May 28, 2022 at Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe, Illinois.
Pigeons Playing Ping Pong unveiled “Feelin’ Fine’ during a livestream concert on June 11 at Wright Way Studios in the band’s native Baltimore, as per Phantasy Tour. Two years later, Pigeons welcomed Schnier for a 13-minute rendition of the unreleased song.
After guitarist Greg Ormont led PPPP and Al through the lyrics, guitarist Jeremy Schon took a rocking lead before the band dropped into a vibey sequence which saw Schon and Schnier playing off each other. Al took over or the middle of the improv sequence to lead the jam through a few peaks before bringing things to a boil by swapping riffs with Schon.
