My Morning Jacket Announce Louisville Date & Europe Tour

My Morning Jacket has announced a string of European dates as well as “An Evening With My Morning Jacket” set to take place on The Great Lawn at Louisville Waterfront Park on Saturday, August 16 at 8 p.m. (Gates at 6:30 p.m.). Tickets go on sale Friday, April 18 at 10 a.m. at all TicketMaster outlets, charge by phone at (502) 361-3100, the Slugger Field Box Office. This is an all ages affair.

In addition, the Jacket will make its Saturday Night Live debut when it serves as the musical guest on the May 10 taping of the NBC show. The group will introduce material from its upcoming album, Evil Urges, due June 10 via ATO.
