Mike Tyson Announces New Black Keys Album | Turn Blue

UPDATE -3/24 10:30 a.m. PT: As expected, The Black Keys have released the first single from Turn Blue -“Fever”:

Just when we thought we had seen it all The Black Keys go ahead and announce the release of their new album using Mike Tyson’s Twitter account. The retired boxer’s tweet led to a creepy, ’80s-style video which ends on a frame revealing Turn Blue will be released on May 13.

It’s been three years since The Black Keys released El Camino, which contained hit singles “Lonely Boy” and “Gold on the Ceiling” and scored Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney three Grammys (Best Rock Album for El Camino and both Best Rock Performance and Best Rock Song for “Lonely Boy”). We’ll get a taste of the new album on Monday, when the single “Fever” hits US rock radio according to Revolt. The Black Keys are among the headliners of this year’s Hangout Music Fest.
