MGMT Announces 2018 Tour Dates & ‘Little Dark Age’ Release Date


MGMT confirmed their new studio album Little Dark Age will be issued on February 9 through Columbia Records. The group will support the album will an extensive North American Tour.

Following a run of shows in Europe in late January and February, MGMT will initiate the North American leg of their tour on March 3 in St. Paul, Minnesota. They will continue throughout the month, performing in Chicago, St. Louis, Dallas, Austin, Nashville, Atlanta, Washington D.C., Boston, Montreal, Toronto and Philadelphia as well as two nights in Brooklyn on March 24 and 25.

MGMT will resume their tour on May 7 in Denver, with additional shows that month planned in Calgary, Vancouver, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego. A final performance is slated for May 20 in Tempe, Arizona. Tickets to the shows go on sale on Friday, January 19 at 10 a.m. ET.

The follow-up to MGMT’s 2013 self-titled LP, Little Dark Age was produced by the band along with Patrick Wimberly and regular collaborator Dave Fridmann.
