Foo Fighters resumed the Sonic Highways World Tour last night at Milton Keynes National Bowl in England. The climax of the show came towards the middle of the set, when David Grohl & Co. brought out Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones and Queen drummer Roger Taylor.
Both legendary rockers have shared the stage with Foo Fighters in the past, but not together. Grohl told the crowd “I don’t know if y’all have seen a supergroup, but this is a ‘super dooper group'” before a performance of the Queen/David Bowie hit “Under Pressure.” Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins, who has never hid his love of Queen, handled vocals on the cover along with Grohl.

Last night’s show also saw the return of “DOA” which was last played in 2012. Foo Fighters return to Milton Keynes National Bowl tonight.
