Melvin Seals & JGB To Welcome Oteil Burbridge & Jerry Band Vocalists In San Francisco

Legendary keyboardist Melvin Seals as well as vocalists Jackie LaBranch and Gloria Jones were longtime members of the Jerry Garcia Band. Early next year, the threesome will reunite as part of a special show in San Francisco.

Melvin Seals & JGB will play The Warfield, one of Jerry’s favorite venues and one that hosted dozens of Garcia Band performances over the years, on February 25. Not only will Jackie and Gloria perform with Melvin and the band, both Oteil Burbridge and Stu Allen are aboard as special guests. In addition, the David Nelson Band is expected to open. A note announcing the show mentions more guests will be announced.
