Watch Sharon Van Etten, Mike Campbell & Lola Kirke Join Margo Price In L.A.

Margo Price brought her ‘Til The Wheels Fall Off Tour to The Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles. The Thursday night concert saw Price joined by Sharon Van Etten, Mike Campbell and Lola Kirke.

Price is touring in support of her recently released album, Strays which featured contributions from Van Etten and Campbell. The first guest to accompany Price last night in L.A. was Campbell as the Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers/Fleetwood Mac guitarist emerged to perform his Strays part on “Light Me Up.” Campbell stuck around to augment a cover of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers’ classic “You Wreck Me.”

Van Etten, who joined Price for their first live performance of “Radio” on Wednesday’s episode of The Late Late Show, helped sing the Strays single again last night at The Fonda. Van Etten then led Price and her band on “Seventeen” from Van Etten’s 2019 album, Remind Me Tomorrow.

Kirke, who opened Thursday’s concert, came out with Van Etten for the penultimate song of Price’s set, a cover of “Let Me Roll It” by Paul McCartney & Wings. Price then capped the concert with a cover of Janis Joplin’s “Mercedes Benz.”
