The Magpie Salute Issues New Single ‘Sister Moon’

Next Friday, The Magpie Salute will release their debut studio album, High Water I, through Eagle Rock Entertainment. Today, the band shared “Sister Moon” from the forthcoming LP.
Guitarists Rich Robinson and Marc Ford, bassist Sven Pipien, drummer Joe Magistro, vocalist John Hogg and keyboardist Matt Slocum recorded High Water I at Dark Horse Studios in Nashville. Robinson served as producer for High Water I with High Water II expected in 2019.

“John and Marc wrote ‘Sister Moon’,” said Rich Robinson in a press release. “Marc had originally written it on acoustic, but John took the chords and played them on the piano. It’s one of my favorite songs on the record.” Listen to “Sister Moon” below:
