The sixth annual LOHI Music Festival will be held on Saturday, June 11 at the corner of 32nd Avenue & Vallejo in Denver, across from Highland Tap & Burger in the Lower Highlands neighborhood. Today, festival organizers have detailed the first wave of acts set to play this year’s LOHI.

Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe have been tapped to headline LOHI ’16. Other acts include Kyle Hollingsworth Band, ALO, Poor Man’s Whiskey performs Graceland, Greener Grounds and Whip Snap. Trumpeter/vocalist Jennifer Hartswick and trombonist/vocalist Natalie Cressman, both of the Trey Anastasio Band, have been tapped as Artists-At-Large for this year’s LOHI. More acts will be revealed in the coming weeks and months.

“By bringing a full scale music festival to the neighborhood, we hope to help create a better sense of community with the ability to meet and socialize with your neighbors. Here we are, six years later, and our vision has grown into one of the largest and most reputable city festivals in Denver.” said Paul Brown, one of the Highland Tap & Burger owners and lead producer of LOHI Music Festival. “There is just something about being able to walk to a neighborhood party that features local bands and sponsors that makes people smile.”

Tickets are on sale now here. An Official After Party at Cervantes will feature Everyone Orchestra, Poor Man’s Whiskey and other acts that will be announced soon.
