Lockn’ Festival Adds Fourth Set Of String Cheese Incident

Colorado’s String Cheese Incident have been tapped to play an additional set at this year’s Lockn’ Festival, which means the group will perform a total of four sets at the event as per organizer Peter Shapiro’s Relix.com. The just-added SCI set will take place on Friday, September 5 between performances from Bill Kreutzmann Locknstep Allstars and one from Phil Lesh & Friends.

String Cheese will play interlocking sets with Umphrey’s McGee on the Thursday of Lockn’, with the evening’s second set of the “String Cheese & The Gang” variety featuring JT Taylor and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band.

Lockn’ 2014 takes place between September 4 and 7 at Oak Ridge Farm in Arrington, VA featuring the likes of Phil Lesh & Friends, Wilco, The Allman Brothers Band, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers and Umphrey’s McGee. Tickets are available via the event’s website.
