Kurt Vile Shares New Year’s Eve Show Promo Video With Philadelphia Eagles’ Connor Barwin

Guitarist Kurt Vile will perform a hometown New Year’s Eve concert on December 31 at The Fillmore in Philadelphia. Vile enlisted the help of a member of the city’s NFL team to appear in a new video commercial promoting the concert.

Kurt Vile & The Violators will be supported by Woods and Nathan Bowles on New Year’s Eve. The clip below features Vile as well as Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Connor Barwin promoting The Fillmore gig.

In addition to NYE, Vile has a number of shows scheduled throughout the beginning of 2017. He and The Violators are also slated to appear in early February My Morning Jacket’s One Big Holiday in Riviera Maya, Mexico.
