Kurt Vile & The Violators were the musical guests on Wednesday’s episode of Late Night With Seth Meyers. Frontman Kurt Vile led his longtime backing band through the woozy “Hey Like A Child” from his 2022 studio album, (watch my moves).
Vile, Jesse Trbovich, Rob Laakso and Kyle Spence recently concluded an extensive tour of North America in support of (watch my moves). The 15-track album was mainly recorded at Kurt Vile’s OKV Central facility, a newly constructed home studio in his native Philadelphia. Kurt last appeared on Late Night on Thanksgiving 2020, when he covered John Prine’s “Speed Of The Sound Of Loneliness.”
