Kate Wolf Music Festival 2015 Lineup Announcement

The Kate Wolf Music Festival returns to Black Oak Ranch in Laytonville, California June 25 -28. Today festival organizers have detailed the full lineup for the event which includes Smokey Robinson, Angelique Kidjo, Playing For Change Band and Steve Earle & The Dukes.

Iron & Wine, Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real, Charlie Musselwhite and Joe Craven are among the many artists set to perform at Kate Wolf’s 20th annual installment this June. The festival will also feature a number of special sets including Hangin with Charlie Musselwhite and Roy Rogers, In the round with Holly Near, Cris Williamson, and Barbara Higbie as well as Poor Buttered Rumskey (Poor Man’s Whiskey and Hot Buttered Rum together) performing Paul Simon’s Graceland album.

Kate Wolf is a “green festival,” with the event being powered by biodiesel generators. Black Oak Ranch, which covers approximately 150 acres, is a three hour drive north of San Francisco and two hours south of Arcata.

Early-bird tickets are on sale now through March 29 via the festival’s website.
