Kacey Musgraves Constructs Compelling ‘The Architect’ Performance At CMAs

The singer-songwriter was nominated in three categories this year.

Kacey Musgraves was among the performers last night at the 2024 Country Music Association Awards (CMAs). Musgraves was nominated in three categories at the 58th annual CMAs and performed her song, “The Architect” from her nominated album, Deeper Well.

Musgraves earned an Album Of The Year CMA nomination for Deeper Well. She was also up for Female Vocalist Of The Year and for Musical Event Of The Year for her collaboration with Zach Bryan on the track “I Remember Everything.”

Seated alone on the stage at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, Musgraves played acoustic guitar for her solo rendition of “The Architect.” Watch the stark performance below:
