Kacey Musgraves Brings Heartfelt ‘Arm’s Length’ To ‘Colbert’

Kacey Musgraves was back at the Ed Sullivan Theater on Tuesday for her second appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert in as many nights. Musgraves closed out the episode with a stirring performance of her song, “Arm’s Length.”
“Arm’s Length” is one of seven tracks featured on Deeper Into The Well, an expanded version of Kacey Musgraves’ 2024 album, Deeper Well. Musgraves wrote the tale of heartache with Shane McAnally and Josh Osborne.

Kacey Musgraves’ two-show appearance on Colbert began on Monday with a lengthy interview in which she discussed her friend and mentor, the late John Prine. Musgraves returned for a performance last night with her full band in tow.
Deeper Well arrived on March 15, 2024. Deeper Well: Deeper Into The Well followed in August.
