Kacey Musgraves joined BBC Radio 1 in the “Live Lounge” earlier today to perform for the series. Musgraves covered SZA's “Kill Bill” and led her band through “Dry Spell” at the London facility.

The Texan has been crossing the globe for promotional appearances ahead of the May 1 release of Middle Of Nowhere, her eagerly awaited sixth studio album. The double entendre-filled “Dry Spell” is the first single from the forthcoming LP.

Musgraves’ “Live Lounge” visit came less than a week after her last-minute Coachella set. Kacey debuted several songs from Middle Of Nowhere at the Indio, California festival on Saturday, April 18. The songstress then jetted to England for two shows on Wednesday at the intimate Circuit in Kingston and the BBC Radio 1 appearance.

Kacey Musgraves debuted her cover of SZA’s “Kill Bill” with Nickel Creek at Boston’s TD Garden on September 7, 2024. The song was a staple of Musgraves’ live shows over the rest of 2024 and into 2025.
