Iconic folk artist Joni Mitchell was found unresponsive at her Bel-Air home on March 31 after suffering an aneurysm. The latest update on Joni’s condition comes from fellow singer-songwriter Judy Collins and thankfully the news is good.
“I have just heard from a close mutual friend that Joni is walking, talking, painting some, doing much rehab every day, and making good progress–I have another friend who went through something similar-it does take a long time, three years for my friend, who has really totally recovered professionally and personally. I will try my best to see our songbird when I am in LA in the coming weeks,” reads a a note on Judy Collins’ Facebook page. Judy’s update on Joni was also posted to Mitchell’s official website.
