According to People, papers filed with a Los Angeles court regarding the singer’s conservatorship describe Mitchell’s current condition, including an expectation of “a full recovery.”  According to the report, attorney Rebecca J. Thyne described to the court Mitchell’s condition, stating:

When I arrived she was seated at her kitchen table feeding herself lunch … She also told me that she receives excellent care from caregivers round-the-clock. It was clear that she was happy to be home and that she has made remarkable progress. She has physical therapy each day and is expected to make a full recovery.

Thyne reportedly also suggested Mitchell’s longtime associate Leslie Morris continue to serve as her conservator.
