Musical performances continue to entertain at the Democratic National Convention that is underway at Chicago’s United Center. Last night featured a performance by John Legend and Sheila E., who came together to cover Minnesota-native Prince.

Night three of four of the DNC was anchored by Minnesota Governor Tim Walz’s speech accepting the Democratic Vice Presidential nomination. Prior to the Minnesota Governor taking the United Center stage, Legend and Sheila E performed “Let’s Go Crazy” by Prince, who was born in Minneapolis and was among Minnesota’s most recognizable residents. Sheila E frequently collaborated and performed alongside Prince, who died in 2016 at age 57
