Joe Russo’s Almost Dead shared pro-shot video of “Crazy Fingers” into “Jack Straw.” The Grateful Dead tribute band delivered the performance at the State Theatre in Portland, Maine on March 3, 2019.

The Jerry Garcia/Robert Hunter composition “Crazy Fingers” originally appears on the Grateful Dead’s 1975 album, Blues For Allah. While “Jack Straw” — a Bob Weir/Hunter collaboration — never landed on a studio album, it does appear on the Dead’s landmark live triple LP, Europe ‘72. Joe Russo’s Almost Dead’s juxtaposition of the songs at the State Theatre in 2019 stretches to nearly 30 minutes.
