Joe Russo’s Almost Dead Announces Halloween Run

In late October Grateful Dead tribute act Joe Russo’s Almost Dead will head to the Southeast for a four-show Halloween run that spans October 28 – 31. Drummer Joe Russo, keyboardist Marco Benevento, bassist Dave Dreiwitz and guitarists Tom Hamilton and Scott Metzger begin the run at Asheville’s Orange Peel on October 28. From there, the quintet heads to Florida for the Suwannee Hulaween pre-party on October 29. Next, Almost Dead visits Charleston’s Music Farm in South Carolina on the 30th before ending the run on Halloween at The Ritz in Raleigh. All tickets go on sale tomorrow, August 14 at at noon ET. The band advises to stay tuned for more “big news.”
