Joe Russo’s Almost Dead Announces Brooklyn Bowl Residency Webcasts

Grateful Dead tribute act Joe Russo’s Almost Dead made their debut at Brooklyn Bowl in New York City just shy of four years ago. The band will soon host a six-night residency at the site of their first gig, and if you can’t make to NYC for the run, there’s an option to watch live from home or wherever you have an internet connection.

JRAD’s Brooklyn Bowl residency featuring the group’s 100th show will be webcast via nugs.tv. The shows on March 9, 10 and 11 will feature the typical Almost Dead lineup of drummer Joe Russo, guitarists Scott Metzger and Tom Hamilton, keyboardist Marco Benevento and bassist Dave Dreiwitz. The shows on March 16, 17 and 18 will include Dead & Company bassist Oteil Burbridge subbing for Dreiwitz.
