Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe brought a short run of shows with Widespread Panic guitarist Jimmy Herring to a close at Terminal West in Atlanta on Saturday night. The format of Saturday’s show was similar to others on the run as KDTU opened with a handful of songs before bringing out Jimmy for a series of originals and covers including ZZ Top’s “Just Got Paid,” David Bowie’s “Young Americans” and “Show Biz Kids” by Steely Dan.
