All-star instrumental tribute act Jazz Is Phsh will host a pair of concerts at The Cutting Room in New York City on November 26. The early show will be a seated album pre-release party, while the second show will be a mostly standing “rager.”
The Jazz Is Phsh lineup for the two shows will be Jeff Coffin (Dave Matthews Band, The Flecktones), Felix Pastorius (Cindy Blackman Group, The YellowJackets, The Mu’tet), Chris Bullock (Snarky Puppy), Justin Stanton (Snarky Puppy), Adam Dotson (Rubblebucket), Josh Myers (Sister Sparrow & The Dirty Birds), Jay Rodriguez (Miles Davis, Groove Collective), Adam Chase (The Chase Brothers), Matthew Chase (James Brown Dance Party), Cory Baker (Juno What?) and Josh Thomas (With Lions). The early, seated show will see the ensemble performing their upcoming new album He Never Spoke A Word in full. The second, show that night at The Cutting room will be a mostly-standing, lively affair.
Tickets, which come with entry into a raffle to win a signed copy of the album, are currently on sale via this link and this link.
