Cloud 9 Adventures Announces 1-Year Hiatus For Jam Cruise & Strings And Sol

Jam Cruise will not be held in 2021 and Strings & Sol is skipping its 2020 installment as organizers Cloud 9 Adventures focus on 2022 and 2021 respectively for the long-running destination events. Cloud 9 released statements explaining the decisions, which come due to the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.

Held each year since 2004, Jam Cruise typically takes place in January aboard a cruise ship featuring dozens of bands, artists-at-large and special guests. Those who pre-booked for Jam Cruise 19 and can’t attend in 2022 can receive a full refund if they complete a form on JamCruise.com by May 15. Strings & Sol is a jamgrass-centric destination event held in tropical locales each December. Yonder Mountain String Band, The Infamous Stringdusters, Railroad Earth and Greensky Bluegrass are among the acts that typically perform at Strings & Sol.
