Jack White appeared on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert on Thursday. The singer-songwriter and guitarist performed “If I Die Tomorrow” and also participated in a segment with Stephen called “Maybe Dropping Soon.”

Jack White has a long history with Stephen Colbert stretching back to The Colbert Report days. White has also appeared on The Late Show a few times including earlier this year in April around his first solo album release, Fear Of The Dawn.

White’s second play on Colbert aired yesterday and appears to have been recorded during the April session. White is currently in the midst of the European leg of his Supply Chain Issues World Tour. Yesterday’s episode saw Jack performing “If I Die Tomorrow” from his second 2022 release, Entering Heaven Alive, which arrived today.

The episode also featured White and Colbert in a hilarious segment called “Maybe Dropping Soon.” The fitting vinyl-centric skit for the Third Man Records founder saw White and Colbert presenting spoofy record covers and even singing a sea shanty.
