IGE Announces Barcelona Music & Art Immersion 2018 Lineup

Innovative Giving Enhancement (IGE) announced the lineup of musicians participating in the 2018 Music & Art Immersion in Barcelona, Spain. The fourth annual program will take place October 5 – 14.

The 2018 Music and Art Immersion program will be headquartered at the Onix Liceo hotel. Musicians heading to Barcelona this October include Eric Krasno of Soulive/Lettuce, Paul Hoffman and Anders Beck of Greensky Bluegrass, Bill Nershi of The String Cheese Incident, Grahame Lesh and Elliott Peck of Midnight North/Terrapin Family Band, Ross James of Terrapin Family Band, Scott Law of Cosmic Twang, Matt Butler of Everyone Orchestra, Jillian Nershi of Honkytonk Homeslice, Holly Bowling of Ghost Light and Nicki Bluhm. They will be accompanied by a group of European All Stars musicians for improvisational performances throughout the event.

“It is one thing to see the artists in their bands, and quite another to experience them personally as they discover inspiration,” said IGE Founder Michael Becker. “IGE removes the artists from their bands and environments so that they explore, create and discover new musical contexts … Each Immersion participant is an integral part of the community and responsible for the direction of the experience.”
