Brooklyn-based rockers The Hold Steady filmed a series of performances earlier this month at Brooklyn Bowl for WFUV. Video featuring three songs from the Live For WFUV session have been shared on YouTube by the New York City public radio station.
The Hold Steady — consisting of guitarist/vocalist Craig Finn, drummer Bobby Drake, guitarist Tad Kubler, keyboardist Franz Nicolay, bassist Galen Polivka and guitarist Steve Selvidge — played “Stuck Between Stations” from 2006’s Boys And Girls In America. Additionally, the group was joined by a horn section for a pair of songs off Open Door Policy, the band’s recently released studio album.
