The first full day of this year’s Hangout Music Fest is expected to take place today on the beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Weather conditions have forced organizers to delay the opening of the festival. Attendees are urged to keep their eyes on the festival’s Twitter and Facebook feeds for updates.

In addition to the delayed opening, organizers have also announced the box office is closed until further notice while the storm front rolls through and that shuttle service is delayed as well. Hangout ’16 features The Weeknd, Calvin Harris, Florence + The Machine, Alabama Shakes, Lenny Kravitz, Haim, Leon Bridges, Jason Isbell, Portugal. The Man and dozens of others.
