Goose Shares ‘Dripfield’ Tracking Video
Get a behind-the-scenes glimpse of Goose and producer D. James Goodwin making ‘Dripfield.’

Goose released a Dripfield tracking video giving fans a glimpse into their time at ISOKON Studios in Woodstock, New York recording the album, which arrived on June 24. Keyboardist/guitarist Peter Anspach filmed and edited the 16-minute clip captured in March 2021.
Dripfield saw Goose working with an outside producer, D. James Goodwin, for the first time. Anspach’s Dripfield tracking video offers a behind-the-scenes look at Goose and Goodwin laying down the LP, including employing interesting rhythmic techniques. The clip also has scenes of listening to playbacks of the tracks and studio hangs.
“James was great,” Goose guitarist Rick Mitarotonda said of working with Goodwin. “He really got us to think about our approach in so many different ways. I really liked re-working some of the stuff we’ve been playing for years and taking the material in directions I would have never expected.”
