Gene Ween Does Billy Joel | Additional Shows

There was plenty of interest when word came that Ween co-founder Aaron Freeman would don his Gene Ween persona for a show dubbed “Gene Ween Does Billy Joel” at Brooklyn Bowl on May 28. Tickets sold out quickly leading to addition of a second Brooklyn Bowl show as well as a few other “Gene Ween Does Billy Joel” performances.

The first “Gene Ween Does Billy Joel” show is currently scheduled to take place at Bearsville Theater in Woodstock, New York on April 10. Tickets are available here. After Gener plays his first Billy Joel tribute at Brooklyn Bowl on May 28, he’ll bring the tribute to Underground Arts in Philadelphia on May 29. Tickets for the Philadelphia show go on sale Friday, March 20 at 12 p.m. ET via Ticketweb. Gener’s second “Gene Ween Does Billy Joel” performance at Brooklyn Bowl in NYC will take place on May 31. Tickets go on sale Friday, March 20 at 10 a.m. ET via Ticketfly.
