Galactic Announces May 2021 Concert In North Carolina

While Galactic played a number of livestream concerts since the pandemic began, they confirmed their return to performing in front of a live, in-person audience. The New Orleans-based funk act and vocalist Anjelika ‘Jelly’ Joseph will play a socially distanced pod-based concert at Shakori Hills Community Arts Center in Pittsboro, North Carolina on May 22.

Galactic’s show is part of a series of weekly pod-based concerts at the home of the Shakori Hills GrassRoots Festival Of Music & Dance, which has been postponed to October 7 – 10, 2021. Safety protocols for the series are laid out here.

Tickets for Galactic’s first in-person concert since the pandemic started are available now through Thunder Tix. A supporting act will be revealed soon.
