Conductor Matt Butler led at Asheville’s Salvage Station as the group with the ever-changing lineup began a brief run of shows in the Carolinas. I Am AVL has posted video of the all-star troupe’s full Thursday night performance for our viewing and listening pleasure.
The lineup for Thursday’s Everyone Orchestra saw Butler conduct Dead & Company bassist Oteil Burbridge, Dumpstaphunk guitarist Ian Neville, Ween drummer Claude Coleman Jr., Trey Anastasio Band vocalist/trombonist Natalie Cressman, keyboardist Holly Bowling, guitarist Wallace Mullinax and saxophonist Mike Quinn. Everyone Orchestra explored many different themes and genres on Thursday. Each of the members of the group took turns starting off the jams and showed off their impressive skill sets over the course of a performance that ran over two hours.
