Last November, Dave Grohl sat-in with Guns N’ Roses in Tulsa and tonight members of GN’R returned the favor. Vocalist Axl Rose, guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan emerged towards the end of Foo Fighters‘ headlining set this evening at the Firenze Rocks Festival in Florence, Italy for a performance of the GN’R classic “It’s So Easy.”

Grohl and the members of Guns N’ Roses had their issues during the Nirvana days, but have since squashed their beef. The Foo Fighters frontman famously performed from a throne during the band’s 2015 Summer Tour after fracturing his leg. Dave let Axl use the throne early the next year when Rose suffered a similar injury.

Today’s collaboration came 14 songs into Foo Fighters’ 22-song performance at Firenze Rocks. Rose handled lead vocals on the first single from GN’R’s Appetite For Destruction with McKagan replacing Foo Fighters bassist Nate Mendel. Slash wore a baseball cap instead of his trademark top hat.

Guns N’ Roses are set to headline Friday’s action at Firenze Rocks. In Tulsa, GN’R played BOK Center the night before Foo Fighters and brought out Grohl for “Paradise City.” Here’s a look at the “Paradise City” from November 14, 2017:
