Faye Webster Makes National Television Debut On ‘Kimmel’

Faye Webster played “But Not Kiss” on Monday’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live. The performance of the song from the singer-songwriter’s recently released album, Underdressed at the Symphony, was her network television debut.

Underdressed at the Symphony came out on March 1 via Secretly Canadian. The 10-track follow-up to 2021’s I Know I’m Funny Haha was recorded by Webster and her band at Texas’ Sonic Ranch. Faye Webster co-produced the album with Drew Vandenberg.

Webster dropped “But Not Kiss” in June of 2023 as the first taste of Underdressed at the Symphony. Faye and her four-piece band performed the song on Kimmel in front of washing machines and racks of clothing. Bubbles fell over the stage as the ensemble neared the end of “But Not Kiss.”

Faye Webster returns to the road on July 22 in Richmond, Virginia. The artist will end the first leg of her tour on August 4 and then returns for a second leg September 6 – October 4.
