As a reminder, a limited number of Fare Thee Well tickets for each Chicago show will go on sale tomorrow, June 5 at 12 p.m. ET via Ticketmaster (links = July 3, July 4 and July 5).

In other GD50 news, the Wall Street Journal reports SiriusXM will broadcast each Fare Thee Well show from Chicago July 3 -5. The broadcasts are expected to begin around 9:15 p.m. ET each day. “Peter Shapiro and I started talking about broadcasting the Fare Thee Well concerts right after they were announced,” said Scott Greenstein, SiriusXM’s president and chief content officer. “Because of our long-time, ongoing relationship with the band, we’re able to broadcast these special and coveted concerts for our subscribers.” The shows will air on the Grateful Dead Channel and the channel will air pre-and post-show broadcasts each night featuring David Gans and Gary Lambert of Tales From The Golden Road as well as guests such as archivist David Lemieux.
