Exclusive | Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad – Humboldt County Gold

Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad will release their second Americana-themed album Bright Days on Monday, May 18 via Easy Star Records. Following up their 2014 album Steady which topped the Billboard Reggae Albums chart, the band has returned to the sound of their 2012 roots rock LP Country for their latest record. JamBase is pleased to bring you an exclusive single from Bright Days, “Humboldt County Gold” featuring G. Love on harmonica.




The Rochester, New York-based quintet recorded Bright Days at Rear Window Studio in Brookline, Massachusetts with producer by Craig Welsch, the same location and producer utilized on Steady. In addition to G. Love, The Boston Boys/The Rigs mandolin player Eric Robertson contributed to several tracks as did Rear Window Studio owner Milt Reder who added guitar throughout. GPGDS will head out on tour in support of Bright Days beginning May 22 at the California Roots Festival in Monterey, California. Stream the G.
