Everwild Music & Arts Festival Returns To Legend Valley For 6th Year
The Ohio festival runs July 30 through August 1 with 311, Dirty Heads, The Movement and more

Summer is in full swing, which means a few thousand people are preparing for their pilgrimage to the sixth annual Everwild Music & Arts Festival, July 30th through August 1st, 2026. Returning to its home at Legend Valley, Everwild has seen tremendous growth since its humble beginnings in Northeast Ohio.
This summer’s lineup includes such notable acts as 311, Dirty Heads, The Movement, Little Stranger, and Wookiefoot, as well as local Midwest talent from Land of Panda, The Palmer Squares, and several other artists.
Despite its growth over the years, this festival still leans in on its history and grassroots upbringing. This results in a melding of music with many elements of the festival that extend far beyond the stage, resulting in an experience and sense of community that may be unrivaled by other similar events.
Avid festivalgoers may be getting accustomed to increasing attendance and decreasing room to move around and dance. This growing expectation is not one that has diluted the Everwild experience, however. Situated within a pastoral setting, this event’s location at Legend Valley Music Venue – located east of Columbus, Ohio – makes for a unique experience that contrasts from many other present-day festivals.
These sprawling farmlands offer space for camping, on-site parking, sloped areas just outside a large stage area which enables easy viewing and great acoustics. Perhaps most importantly, the space enables a focus on the “Arts” portion of the Everwild Music & Arts Festival name.
Art galleries and live muralists. Glass blowing and painters. Artist-led workshops and morning yoga. Visual performers deliver interactive experiences throughout each day, and captivate audiences with fire and aerial shows each night. These performances complement the late-night Club13 stage, tucked away in the Artist Village.
A perfect destination for side quests both day and night, the Artist Village transforms a wooded area amongst the campgrounds into an immersive art installation built around interactive experiences. Centered around a different theme each year with plenty of planned surprises, this area is sure to delight attendees – and musicians – from the second they enter its gate.
A keystone feature of this experience is the Gallery, which has featured over forty different creators since its inception. Artists representing eleven different states across the US will be showcasing their work, while live painters and muralists continue to transform the space from blank canvases throughout the weekend.
Once the main stages reach their finale each night, Everwild continues to come alive in the Artist Village. The immersive art and live performers encircle a stage where artists continue to perform until the early morning hours. Many of these signature elements of the festival have been cornerstone pieces of the festival since its early days.
While it continues to grow and build upon the previous year each summer, the current experience maintains many things that have been around since its inception with the experiential side of the event. The nods to the festival’s early days and humble beginnings parallels the history of Legend Valley itself.
Legend Valley’s history dates back to the 1970s when the owners of the farm at the time would host small get-togethers. It became a place for friends and family to come together and jam. From there, a budding grassroots music venue was born, growing from these small jam sessions to many of the most iconic names of the times gracing the stage for decades. Legend Valley had changed hands and changed names over the years, even closing its doors to concerts for several years in the ’90s.
The Legend Valley was able to rebloom with the restoration of its original name, continuing on as an independently owned and operated, community-focused, music-first concert venue. Ekoostik Hookah, who has joined Everwild’s line up this year, hosted their own festival as the inaugural event at the reopening of the Legend Valley we know and love today.
Everwild Music & Arts Festival is proud of the community it has built around the “Music” through bringing some of the biggest names in reggae-rock to the quaint town of Thornville while elevating local talents, as it has done since its formative days.
