Two up-and-coming female vocalists and their bands will team up to co-headline a benefit concert with proceeds to benefit Sanctuary For Families, a leading advocacy group devoted to victims of domestic and gender violence, at Brooklyn Bowl in New York City on Wednesday, July 6. American Idol finalist Elise Testone will perform with her band and special guests, while Hayley Jane will play the show with her band The Primates.
Testone will be accompanied by Adam Fallen (guitar, Skyler Grey), Antoine Katz (bass, Cory Henry & The Funk Apostles), Sydney Driver (drums, Rhythm & Stealth), Trey Cooper (keyboards), Nicole Zuraitis (backing vocals) as well as “some very special guests.” Here’s more details on the benefit aspect of the July 6th show:
A portion of the proceeds from all ticket sales for this show will be donated to Sanctuary For Families, New York’s leading service provider and advocate for survivors of domestic violence, sex trafficking, and related forms of gender violence. Every year, Sanctuary empowers thousands of adults and children to move from fear and abuse to safety and stability, transforming lives through legal and clinical services, economic empowerment support, shelter and programming for children and youth.
