Electric Forest Reveals 2016 Initial Lineup

Today is the day the initial lineup for this year’s Electric Forest will be revealed. Organizers of the festival, which will take place in Rothbury, Michigan June 23 – 26, have enlisted community members to unveil the initial lineup throughout the day via social media. The reveals will be posted on the event’s lineup page and are also being compiled on the Electric Forest subreddit as well as below.

The String Cheese Incident, the Disco Biscuits, STS9, Bassnectar, Greensky Bluegrass, The New Mastersounds, Nahko and the Medicine for the People, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Fetty Wap, Papadosio, The Floozies and Houndmouth are among the dozens of artists confirmed to perform at Electric Forest ’16. Other acts announced today include Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Dumpstaphunk, EOTO, Beats Antique and The Nth Power. The String Cheese Incident will play three nights of the festival. Look for additional artist announcements in the weeks and months to come.
