Dr. Dog Announces 1st Hometown Show In 3 Years

A presale starts Wednesday, February 14 while general onsales begin Friday, February 16.

Dr. Dog confirmed a concert at Philadelphia’s TD Pavilion at the Mann with Kevin Morby and The Teeth supporting. Presented by WXPN, the concert on July 13 will mark the Philly rockers’ first hometown concert since New Year’s Eve 2021.

In July 2021, Dr. Dog — Toby Leaman, Scott McMicken, Frank McElroy, Zach Miller and Eric Slick — announced they would make a “graceful exit from touring” after The Last Tour, with their show in Philly on NYE the final stop they had on the books.

Until last fall when the band announced a 2024 concert at Red Rocks, which goes down on July 18. Eric D. Johnson will bring Fruit Bats to open.

Dr. Dog will show some hometown love before Red Rocks when they come to Philadelphia’s TD Pavilion at the Mann on July 13. A presale starts Wednesday, February 14 at 10 a.m. ET. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, February 16 at 10 a.m. ET.
