World-jam act Dispatch will soon hit the road for their first national tour in five years. The band has also unveiled the new single “Only The Wild Ones,” a preview of a new studio album due this summer.
Dispatch’s America, Location 12 Tour features Guster as support on most dates. The trio begins the run at Red Rocks in Morrison, Colorado on June 16. From there, Dispatch makes an appearance at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival before they bring the tour to Austin, Charlotte, Atlanta, Louisville, Columbus, Indianapolis, Chicago, Rochester Hills and Cedar Rapids. Dispatch ends the tour with shows in New York City on July 6, at Merriweather Post Pavilion on July 7, an appearance at the Levitate Festival on July 8 and a concert in Philadelphia on July 9.
A portion of ticket sales along the America, Location 12 Tour will work to benefit local charities, more details from the band coming soon. Tickets go on sale Friday, February 24 after a series of fan presales.
