Disco Biscuits Fan Makes Tattoo Trade For Holidaze Setlist

This year’s installment of Dominican Holidaze featuring STS9, the Disco Biscuits, Umphrey’s McGee and more started on Wednesday at Breathless Resort & Spa in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The Disco Biscuits closed out the main stage action on Wednesday night and used a setlist prepped by a fan as a guide after striking a most interesting deal with said fan.

tDB fan RJ made a deal with bassist Marc Brownstein that Brownie explained on his Facebook page, “Last night was epic, and the deal I made with RJ who wrote the set was this: he writes the set, we play the set to the best of our ability given time constraints etc, he tattoos the set list to his body.” Now, RJ weighed in to clarify he won’t be putting the actual setlist on his body for the rest of his life, but will be using the setlist as a guide to create “an actual detailed sketched tattoo.” Regardless, we can’t wait to see the final product!

Dominican Holidaze continued yesterday with performances from Umphrey’s McGee, Rob Garza, STS9, Lotus and Michael Menert. Today, Poolside provides a DJ set, while The Disco Biscuits, STS9 and Umphrey’s play the main stage.
