The Disco Biscuits shared a new single entitled “Evolve.” The track was recorded for a forthcoming studio album, which will be the band’s first since 2011.

Last month, tDB released their first new studio track in over 10 years, “Lake Shore Drive.” Both recordings were produced by Cloudchord. The band plans to issue additional singles each month leading up to the (currently untitled) album’s release sometime this summer. The most recent Bisco studio album was 2011’s Otherwise Law Abiding Citizens.

“Evolve,” which was written by tDB keyboardist Aron Magner and emerged from a Tractorbeam jam, debuted on July 21, 2021. According to Phantasy Tour stats, the song has been played live a total of 13 times, most recently on March 10 in Richmond, Virginia.

The Disco Biscuits will celebrate the launch of “Evolve” with concerts at Denver’s Mission Ballroom tonight (Friday, April 8) and tomorrow (Saturday, April 9). Livestreams are available for both shows.
