By Scott Bernstein Jul 31, 2018 9:04 am PDT

Jamtronica act The Disco Biscuits are bringing their New Year’s Run back to the city that birthed the band. The Fillmore Philadelphia in Philadelphia will host the quartet from December 28 – 31.

The Disco Biscuits last played Philadelphia on New Year’s Eve all the way back on December 31, 2010. Chicago hosted the band’s NYE festivities in 2011, Atlanta hosted the group on December 31, 2016 while the rest of the quartet’s New Year’s Eve performances since 2010 took place in New York City. Bassist Marc “Brownie” Brownstein, guitarist Jon “The Barber” Gutwillig, keyboardist Aron Magner and drummer Allen Aucoin have played The Fillmore Philadelphia more than any other act and were honored with a banner celebrating their ninth performance at the venue back in April.

A BiscoTix presale lottery is underway now and runs through Wednesday at 5 p.m. ET. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday, August 3 at 10 a.m. ET.
