Devon Gilfillian Is ‘Right Kind Of Crazy’ On New Single

Devon Gilfillian released a new single, “Right Kind Of Crazy.” The track is set for the soul artist’s forthcoming album, Love You Anyway, due out on April 7 via Fantasy Records.

Gilfillian tapped Jeremy Lutito (Joy Oladokun, NEEDTOBREATHE) to produce Love You Anyway, which “spans soul, hip-hop, R&B, and rock, all under the banner of Black joy,” as per a press release. Devon previewed the record in February with the single, “All I Really Wanna Do.”

Gilfillian now follows with “Right Kind Of Crazy,” which the singer-songwriter detailed:

​​“Love can be chaotic and beautiful and so often in the early stages of romance almost intoxicating. ‘Right Kind of Crazy’ is a song about what comes next, the deeper understanding a couple can reach as they start to truly see each other through that chaos.
