Last weekend, Dead & Company played two sold-out concerts at Wrigley Field in Chicago on June 30 and July 1. The tour-ending shows drew more than 80,000 fans across both performances and the band has revealed they set the all-time record for most paid tickets for a single concert at the ballpark.

Dead & Company’s tour was a massive success as they sold out 10 of their 20 concerts held in 15 cities including two-night stands at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, Shoreline Amphitheatre in the Bay Area, Folsom Field in Boulder, Boston’s Fenway Park and of course Wrigley. Musically, D&C played 104 different songs with “Comes A Time” “Milestones,” “Spoonful,” “Man Smart Woman Smarter” and “Dancing In The Streets” among the additions to the repertoire.

Additionally, $176,930 was raised for various non-profits via the tour’s Participation Row social action village. Participation Row joined the band at the every stop of the tour and featured a rotating cast of 14 different non-profit organizations with direct ties to Dead & Company.

While there are currently no future Dead & Company concerts on the books, all signs point to more tours from the six-piece in the future.
