Dawes & Friends’ ‘A Concert For Altadena’ Confirms Free Livestream

While tickets to Dawes & Friends' all-star Concert For Altadena have sold out, a free livestream will be available for those who can’t make it in person. The benefit will be broadcast live on Wednesday, January 7 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT from the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, California via nugs and YouTube.

Dawes is joined on the bill by Stephen Stills, Jackson Browne, Jenny Lewis, Brandon Flowers of The Killers, Brad Paisley, Aloe Blacc, Eric Krasno, Judith Hill, Everclear, Ozomatli, Lord Huron, Rufus Wainwright, Lucius and Mandy Moore.

Proceeds from A Concert For Altadena will benefit wildfire recovery efforts through the Altadena Builds Back Foundation. The show coincides with the one year anniversary of the Eaton Fire that devastated the town of Altadena, California. Dawes co-founders – brothers Taylor Goldsmith and Griffin Goldsmith – were just two of the thousands impacted by the devastating Los Angeles wildfires.

“A Concert For Altadena
– January 7th marks a year to the day that our sweet town got ravaged by the Eaton Fire,” Dawes shared when the benefit was announced. “We’re organizing a night of music to support the Altadena Builds Back Foundation (part of the Pasadena Community Foundation) — helping rally and rebuild the community that’s given us so much. It’s gonna be a heavy night but it’s going to be a beautiful one too.”
